'12-'13 AUDITIONS
Who Can Audition?
Anyone! We are a unique organization because we often have entire families
in a show or working on a show at the same time! Last season we had an 8 month
old baby and several families of three to six in our shows! At Copperstar
we encourage all community members to audition for our productions. We strive
to bring the community together through participation in the arts.
We have had many families participate in shows together and are told it has
brought them closer together! Theatre gives a tremendous gift to its
participants by developing new friendships and strengthening old ones. Come on
and give it a try. It’s a lot of fun! Ages needed for each production will
vary, but this season includes a wide range. You are never too old, but
children under the age of seven will need a parent in the cast. Check out
the CURRENT
AUDITIONS page for more information.
Fees
There is a participation fee for the cast of each Copperstar show and
program. This fee is paid to Copperstar upon being cast in the show and must be
paid through PayPal by 3pm on September 1, 2012. Instructions will be provided
to those cast in the show. For our current season, substantial discounts are
being offered for teenage and adult men who are cast in our
productions. Limited scholarships and some special offers are available
and will be discussed with cast members.
